C&AB Fees

A fee of € 50 is charged for processing a complaint or an appeal.

However:

• If a complaint or appeal is withdrawn before being considered by the Complaints and Appeals Board, only an administration charge equal to half of the fee referred to above is payable.
• If the Complaints and Appeals Board upholds a complaint or appeal, the fee is refunded in full within fourteen days of the C&AB’s decision.
